Derek B. Johnson MD FACS CPEC

Dr. Johnson is a Board Certified General Surgeon, Certified Personal and Executive Coach and holds a certificate in Mediation from the University of Houston Law Center.  Dr. Johnson understands the stress of surgery and the unique challenges that are facing today's physicians and healthcare professionals.  He uses the Positive Psychology method to assist his clients in recognizing their strengths, overcoming fears and moving from where they are to where they want to be. He assists Healthcare professionals, executives and entrepreneurs define and achieve their goals for success. Physician Wellness and Physician Burnout are one of his focuses. 

Dr. Johnson also consults organizations to improve work force relations, maximize human resources and serves as mediator to help bring groups together.  He has a keen eye for what is needed to attract and retain physicians and employees, appropriate staffing and services and recognizing solutions for your individual situation.   

Nesta Lumpkin CPEC

Nesta Lumpkin is a Certified Personal and Executive Coach and founder of Just Bloom Life! LLC.

Nesta focuses her coaching on individuals, couples and relationships. With more than a decade of experience in news production at some of the world’s leading news networks including CNN and HLN, she also has a unique perspective of the corporate climate and how improving relationships at work affects overall morale and production. Nesta obtained her Bachelors degree in Journalism from Georgia State University.  She is a writer, speaker, blogger but most importantly, she’s a wife and mother of three wonderful children.


Nesta also serves as a Mommy and Sleep coach. Her speaking engagements and writings encourage individuals to explore fresh perspectives on family.  Clients say her work is "powerful and eye-opening." Savannah J. Smith

Savannah received her certificate in Mediation from the University of Houston Law Center and is currently completing her degree in Organizational Psychology at Brigham Young University- Idaho.  Savannah has a keen eye for recognizing problems in the workplace and team cultures and brings the skill to assist organizations in resolving conflict and building better teams.  

With team building experience in service programs in Fiji and Chile she understand the rewards in creating workforces of diverse backgrounds and cultural experiences.
